The details

Start your exchange or return within 30 days of your order date. Items need to be new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are free. Returns for a refund carry a £5 restocking fee per item.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll process it within 3-5 business days and send you a confirmation email. Refunds can take an additional 2-3 business days to appear back on your original payment method.

For orders over £700, please email info@olukai.co.uk to process your return with our Aloha Experience Team. This helps us keep things safe for everyone.
